Plans for MF CC meet Meet schedule 9:00 High school boys race (awards picked up at trophy table 10 min after completion of race) 9:30 High school girls race (awards picked up at trophy table 10 min after completion of race) Parents of high school runners asked to leave. Junior high parents asked to not arrive until 10:00 (unless transporting their runner). 10:30 junior high boys race (awards picked up at trophy table 10 min after completion of race) 10:50 junior high girls race (awards picked up at trophy table 10 min after completion of race) Plan for race Each team will be assigned a set of dots for their runners. The dots will be about 6 feet apart from any other runner. The runners are to start on their dot. Runners are to come to the start line 5 minutes before the race begins (no earlier). There will be an announcement or a gun to ensure runners know when to come to the line. There will be no run outs once runners have come to the line. There will no team huddles at the start line. When runners complete the race, they are to leave the finish area. There will be no chute. There will be water about 50m away. They may grab a bottle and leave the area. We will have a medic at the finish if there is a problem. Parents are to stay at least 30 feet away from the finish and start area. They should not be crowding the course area either. Please keep distance from the runners. We want to have a complete season and do not want to be shut down because we can not follow the rules. Parents will be asked to wear a mask. Parents will be asked to leave immediately after their runner has finished. We also ask that you distance yourself from other spectators. Thank you for all your cooperation.
